This time, we would like to introduce you to some of the delicacies that you can feel the "Hakata" in our restaurant!

When you think of Hakata's specialties, you may think of various dishes such as motsunabe,
[Hakata yatai tonkotsu ramen (pork bone broth ramen) 693 yen (tax included) is another well-known Hakata specialty!
We have created a somewhat nostalgic food stall style♪
Goma Saba (sesame mackerel) 693 yen (tax included) is another Hakata local delicacy that has been around for a long time, and the aromatic sesame aroma makes it an appetizing dish.
It is also a perfect accompaniment for drinking!
We also highly recommend the original gem "Teppan Mentaiko Tamago (Teppan cod roe)" using that Hakata specialty.
It is served on a griddle with a half-boiled egg, so of course it can be served hot,
You will also enjoy the gradual addition of heat and the change in the degree to which the eggs are cooked.
